2.- For what purpose do we process your personal data?

The processing of your data by OXALEUROPE is aimed at managing requests submitted by interested parties through our contact forms, as well as managing the distribution of our newsletters, provided that prior consent has been given by the users.

3.- What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the user's consent, granted through the corresponding checkbox. The interested party has the right to withdraw their consent at any time by contacting OXALEUROPE and exercising their right to have their data deleted, as established in section 6 of this Policy.

The data will be retained for as long as necessary to carry out the previously mentioned activities.

OXALEUROPE reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative, jurisprudential, or interpretative changes by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. In such cases, OXALEUROPE will announce these changes, clearly specifying the modifications made in advance and requesting, if necessary, acceptance of such changes.
